Temporarily Closed but We Are Still Here For You

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the Southwest Florida Free Pain Clinic has had to temporarily close. However, we are still offering telemedicine appointments to our current patients on Tuesdays.

Current patients are asked to please call 239.308.7107 and leave a message with your name, date of birth, your concerns, and the best number to reach you. Our Patient Services Director, Heather Moore, will call you to schedule your telemedicine appointment.
