- Dena Galyean – Licensed Massage Therapist
- Donna Campbell – Board Member

- Heather Moore, RN – Administrative Clinic Director and Registered Nurse
- Jesse Flores – Board Member
- Joe Catalano – Therapy Technician, Board Treasurer
- Kathy Wallace – Therapy Technician
- Matt Moore – Therapy Technician

At this time, the Southwest Florida Free Pain Clinic offers services by appointment only on Tuesdays from noon to 9 p.m. and Thursdays from noon to 5 p.m. Further expansion efforts are underway, with the ultimate goal of being a permanent full-time staffed clinic. We hope to utilize this model to replicate numerous free pain clinics across the state.
